Entre Institute is the creation of the multi-talented entrepreneur Jeff Lerner. Jeff has gone from over $400,000 in debt running a traditional business to a verified online millionaire who has been doing incredibly well in the online world for over a decade at this point.
This is going to be an unbiased review of his low ticket introductory product Entre Institute.
TLDR: This product is a perfect fit for someone who is just getting started in the online world and wants to learn the fundamentals of different online business models. This course will allow anyone to understand arguably the three top online business models affiliate marketing, creating a digital agency, creating an online course, and from there they will be able to make a decision which one they want to do.
If you are further along in your internet marketing career this course may not be worth your time since it does focus on the basics. I don’t want to write off this course entirely though since Jeff has earned a verified $10,000,000 twice through Clickfunnels so to say he can’t teach you anything about making money online would be a lie.

Intro: Welcome To The Entre Blueprint
In this video, Jeff shares the stage of what’s to come as well as sharing a key concept called “Digital Real Estate.” The concept essentially shares how pieces of content, products, and sites your create, can make you an income very similar to how a piece of real estate might. But without 99% of the overhead and headaches in most cases.
Fully understanding this concept and after hearing it from Jeff will really allow you to see the potential of what you can do online.
Step 1: The ‘3 Ps’ Of An Awesome Life
This is a great video not just for entrepreneurs but anyone, in general, looking to level up their life. The three P’s stand for physical, professional, and personal. He shares tangible ways for you to improve each one and how you should go about improving them. In this screenshot, Jeff goes over how you should view the physical aspect of your life broken down into strength, stamina, pliability, emotional equilibrium, spiritual peace, and mental sharpness.
He also shares tangible goals and activities he does to improve all these aspects. If you’re not entirely where you want to be in any of The Three P’s this video will offer you tangible steps as well as a little motivation from Jeff to take action and start moving in the right direction!
Step 2: The 3 Legs Of Successful Action
Another mindset video here but very important. In life ideas really mean nothing unless you take action. Here Jeff breaks down his mental framework as well as a strategy for ensuring he not only takes the most possible action but the right actions on top of that. If you’re someone that is a procrastinator or just has things on your to-do list for a lot longer than you know you should this video will help you break through those limiting beliefs and what’s help you back in the past. But only if you take action and apply what you learn ;)
Step 3: The 3 Phases Of Leaving A Legacy
Here Jeff does a bit of future pacing and gets you thinking bigger. He shares his thoughts on how anyone can actually create a legacy to be remembered by as well as assets that can produce an income for your family for generations to come. He shares the three phases of this process for you to model and create an impact for the next generations of your family.

The next three steps are in-depth business overviews. What’s great about all three is Jeff is very transparent in all of them not only with his personal numbers but his personal methods, where he thinks the direction of that business is going, and how you can do it.
Here he goes over affiliate marketing which at a really high level is getting compensated for driving leads and creating sales for other people's products and services. In this screenshot, Jeff shares how do does affiliate marketing on Youtube. Throughout the training, he touches on different affiliate programs he recommends signing up as well how to use email marketing to increase your affiliate commissions and a few other things you need to know to succeed in the space.
If you’re particularly interested in affiliate marketing I have done two full reviews on two courses I’m a part of and recommend. The first is by the legendary Pat Flynn in his 1–2–3 Affiliate Marketing Course and the second is by Odi Productions Affiliate Evolution who went from college drop out to affiliate marketing millionaire in an incredibly short amount of time.
Step 5: Digital Agency: Converting Online Skills Into A Predictable Cash Flow Machine
In this 60 minute training, Jeff discusses the pro’s cons of being a digital agency owner then he dives deeper and shows some of the mechanics of how to get one off of the ground. He goes over how to choose a niche, how to pitch potential clients, how to create a need for you to be put on a retainer to create predictable cash flow. Keep in mind though that all of these are topics are high level because they are very deep topics.
Step 6: Digital Courses: Turn Your Knowledge Into Your Legacy
Jeff breaks down how to the opportunity within the knowledge economy. He goes over the sheer variety of courses out there, there are even self-hypnosis classes out there believe it or not! Then he shares his VCA formula to make sure that your course will sell before you create it. The formula stands for validate, create, automate. Below I’ve screenshotted some of the different recommended tools for the automate portion of the VCA formula. He also shares an interesting idea that is becoming very clear on your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) which will set you apart from your competitors and to not only create a lot of value for your students but create a great income for yourself.
Business Plan: Congrats It’s Time To Create Your Business Plan
In this shorter video, Jeff invites to watch a business plan video that will take you from your idea to action and how to choose the business model that’s best for you. Also, at the end of this video, he lays out for you an action plan and invites you to see his other products which may be a fit for your online journey.
Overall I think this course is a great option for someone who is just getting started with their home-based business and is choosing the direction they want to go in. Following this Jeff also has a number of courses in these different segments of the online world and you can choose to enroll in them or go with another instructor who might be a better fit for you.
